Known for her seasonal approach to food and ingredients, her wholesome cooking and deep understanding of ingredients and flavours, allows Sarah to create menus that are as nourishing as they are memorable, bringing people together over incredible food.
Dedicated and organised, Sarah is also a creative thinker and problem solver who thrives on building genuine client relationships. Calm under pressure and highly adaptable, Sarah blends creativity, technical skill, and knowledge to ensure each menu is seamless, personal, and full of flavour.
